Multicultural Resource Centre

The Multicultural Resource Centre (MRC) helps to bridge the gap between Calgary's ethno-cultural groups and mainstream organizations through information, referrals, and training. Diversity Volunteer Program

The Diversity Volunteer Program (DVP) offers volunteer opportunities for newcomers and any interested person at our office. Language Classes

CMC Language Classes - Spring 2007 The CMC is offering another Intermediate Spanish course. This 8-week course will take place every Wednesday from 5 to 6 pm, starting on May 16. The Spanish teacher, Vicki Romay, is certified from the Cervantes Institute at the University of Calgary. The class will be more than just conversational. It will develop skills and knowledge about the Spanish language as well as the culture of Spanish-speaking countries, to help anybody who would like to visit them for tourism or business. Fee: $95 for non-members, only $45 for CMC members (annual membership fee: $25) To register, please fill out the registration form and call Sinela Dzhurkova at 237-5850.
